EAGLE VILLAGE FOSTER FAMILY PANTRY COLLECTION
It is our privilege through the month of July to bless Eagle Village foster families with school lunch pantry items as they prepare for the upcoming school year. We will be collecting donations of lunch items and paper goods on a table in the back of the Worship Center. Suggested donations are peanut butter, jelly, granola, packaged crackers & snacks, raisins, lunch sacks, baggies, paper towel, tissues, and sanitizer wipes.
NYC GARAGE SALE
Do you have good unused items you don’t know what to do with? Let us help! Consider setting aside your “gently used”* items for donation to a garage sale August 7-9. Proceeds from the sale will support RCnaz students attending Nazarene Youth Conference (NYC) next summer. Collection will begin the week of July 28 - stay tuned for more details or talk to Pastor Joe. And plan to come and shop!
*gently used = clean, usable and working items ready for quick resale
FOOD TRUCK
RCnaz will be hosting a Food Truck on Tuesday, July 15. Many hands will be needed beginning at 3:45pm to help sort and distribute food into the waiting vehicles. Please also help us spread the word; distribution of food will begin at approximately 5:00pm. Please contact Ted Lehnen via call or text at 231-872-5628 if you are able to help. The next food truck is August 19, and each 3rd Tuesday of the month through October.
“WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY” SUMMER DVD STUDY
Next Sunday begins a 6 week DVD study, “What Makes You Happy,” at 9:15am in the Family Room. Author & pastor Andy Stanley will explore three things all happy people have in common and how they can be realities for us as well. The sessions will meet weekly from July 13-August 17 in the Family Room.
