FALL FUN FEST - VOLUNTEERS & CANDY NEEDED
Fall Fun Fest is right around the corner! We will be hosting Fall Fun Fest on Saturday, October 31st from 2-4PM. As we get ready to host our community for this fun, free family event, we need your help with several things to make this event a success once again: candy donations, volunteers, and trunk or treat cars.
If you’d be willing to donate bags of candy, you can bring them to church and leave them on the table in the back of the Worship Center. If you’d like to volunteer to decorate your trunk and hand out candy or volunteer to help at the event, please contact the church office or Pastor Cami, or sign up here.
PASTOR APPRECIATION SUNDAY
October is Pastor Appreciation month and we are setting aside Sunday, October 18 to celebrate and honor our Pastoral staff (Pastor Chris DeMott, Pastor Chris DeMerell, Pastor Joe Lee, Pastor Cami DeMott and Joe Quales). Baskets for cards will be available and cake will be served following the morning service. Let’s show them how much we love and appreciate their dedication, love and service to RCnaz.
COAT PANTRY COLLECTION
The Reed City Ministerial Association Coat Pantry is collecting winter coats, boots, and hats/mittens in preparation for opening October 14. A collection basket is in the main hallway or donations can be dropped off at the United Methodist Church Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm. The Coat Pantry has already provided 125 coats to those in need this year through a back to school event. Thank you for helping support this ministry and serving our community!
CRAFT CONNECTIONS GROUP
A new weekly connect group is meeting on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30pm in the RCnaz Kids Large Room. This is a special time of fellowship, connection, and sharing in the love of the hobbies God has given each of us. If you would like to know more, see Kendra Quales or contact the church office.
RCnaz ROOTS CONNECT GROUP!
Young adults and young families are invited to join our new weekly Connect Group, Sundays at 5:30 PM here at RCnaz! Singles, couples, and families are all welcome. Come enjoy a potluck meal—with breakfast as the theme this fall! More importantly, come ready to grow together spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and do life together. If you have any questions, see Mallory DeMerell or contact the church office.
